Therapy can be useful for a variety of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem. Therapeutic interventions can include traditional talk therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy, along with approaches in mindfulness, art therapy, and movement.

Sometimes we might hesitate to start therapy because of stigma or social attitudes around mental health and counselling. Rest assured, therapy can be beneficial for anyone! Therapy can help us learn to manage our emotions, process traumatic events, navigate challenges in our relationships, and consider new perspectives.

Individual sessions can take place in person, over the telephone, or over a video chat.

Sessions are usually 50 minutes in length but extended 80 minute sessions are available.
